MyStage is responsible for any manufacturer's defects and will replace any units with a manufacturing defect at no cost. Please use the same packaging and send to the address listed below. If the product was damaged from shipping you will need to file a claim with UPS , FEDEX or the shipping company. If you wish to return an item for any other reason it will be assessed if the item is returned and received in the same new condition it was sent.
